In defence of Stef he was complimentary saying it was "one for the purists". In reality it was one for the blind\deaf fans of MMA, ones that weren't able to see the diabolical display or hear the tumbleweeds roll past.

Can't believe I bothered to take the time to listen back and do this, but here is every word of my description of James Scott v Craig Harrower on the SFB Podcast from Art of Combat 4.

"The last fight before the interval saw James Scott of Granite City Grappling up against Craig Harrower from Team Unity. A pretty back and forward fight, one for the purists you might say. A lot of ground work, a lot of grappling. The last two minutes of the last round was basically, was basically each guy trying to get a submission on the other boy and were in a kind of north/south position. Not an awful lot happened but the referee was reluctant to stand them up because Harrower did appear to have a slightly dominant position. Anyway, split decision win for James Scott there in a 70kg, c-class fight."

That is verbatim every single word said about your fight. No use of the word "boring", no hint of criticism of either fighter. Simply a 100% factual account of what I saw. I'm stunned you have described this as a "scathing review" and suggested I might have harmed your chances of getting fights in the future. Nonsense.

Hahaha, actually remember 'Jimbo' moaning all over SFB twitter account about his fight.
I like how Stef has been pretty non biased about the Scott vs Harrower fight, however to play devils advocate, the fight was absolutely shite. Don;t think 'Jimbo' even threw a punch. I can categorically say that his fight was one of the most boring fights in Scottish MMA history. Trying to make a name for yourself in scotland is easy enough to do, all you need to do is call out someone on here, or get involved in a whiny bitch little comment battle with one of the guys who are trying to promote MMA in Scotland. Stef is a journalist, majority of journalists can be cunts, Stef seems genuine and is passionate about portraying Mixed Martial Arts in the most non judgemental way possible.

So aye, in the words of Lovey, cry me a river.

Jimbo, it was me who said the kick in the face comment.
I also regularly say that I'd kick a baby in the face for a Pagani Zonda or a nice pair of Air Jordan's.
Doesn't mean I'm actually going to do it outside of sparring or an actual fight
