    Sounds dodgy to me!

I mean, and without meaning to sound disrespectful, why set all this up in Dundee? What had Dundee got to offer that Glasgow/Edinburgh/Fife haven't? Maybe we are the ones missing a trick?

I can't see UCMMA having anything to do with it other than the association that Mark has with them, it's dubbed 'Contenders' and they are looking to expose local talents to bring them onto the bigger stage.

Why go so far away from where they are based, surely there must be a massive costing involved for that? and shipping people down south for training etc

Who is this Julez character? and what is his involvement?

Maybe we need BakedBean on the case

Dundee only has 1 other mma show to compete with. There are none and probably never will be one in Perth and im pretty sure theres not been any in Aberdeen! Also about 90% of the population is within in a 90 minute drive - if this show starts getting bigger in terms of teams/names fighting on it its an easy drive, bus or train ride for most teams and fans!

Although i aint been in the ice ink - it looks like it has a good view from the stands (best pic i could find on google!)

edit - forgot to say, i live in Perth and am in Dundee regular and have a lot friends who live/work/train through there and i had never even heard anything about this show!

Has the card been announced? People keep asking me!

Honor used to run in Aberdeen's Hilton Treetops hotel. it was run by team jigoku, they put on 4 successful events.

one of them had Steven Ray v Dan Hope as a main event

Not sure if they plan to hold any more events

Forgot about that show - was it not in a ring?

Would be good to see a proper show poster / fight card for this event. Not sure how so many tickets could be sold with out any of this being online?
