I'm not so sure. I think this will be both men scrapping it out. Shogun definitely has the better chin, and the crisper striking.
That's pretty much a gimme for Shogun I think.

as much as id love to see it at 149 as well, sounds like this is gonna be at 147, they need a co-main, and 2 big name Brazilians fits that bil easily
