There is no liberty takers at the Grip, im normally just up during the day but have never seen anybody take libertys. A lot of technique and then technical sparring.

Hahaha...I imagine the queue to batter me would be fairly lengthy at the Grip. Mainly with Reilly in various disguises ;-)

Best sparring sesh I've had was at grip. Amount of talent was unreal and noone took liberties. Will be back through soon as my injuries are sorted!! Regardless whether u get coached or not you will learn a lot and any of your weaknesses will be highlighted quickly.

aw sorry Joe, didnt know that was you mate. didnt know you boxed with big Archie aswell he was a cracking guy. Just get up the grip asap. Tuesdays are great at 7pm and then after a while, get going to Friday sparring at 7pm. dont worry about fighting just now just learn the basics and then eventually help out fighters etc to see what a fight camp is like first hand.

Give me a text when u fancy doing a bit if you are stuck for time for the classes as i am up most days

I'd need to get aids to get anywhere near 70kg.
