He says he hates lay n' pray but not nearly as much as people who can't be bothered listening to the whole podcast so they ask for the interesting part(s) to be transcribed. Find a pair of headphones!

Ha. Basically says folk who try to win a fight by lay and pray are not fighters, they are athletes. He praised his opponent for fighting him. He spoke passionately about it, which I love.
