The FILA No-Gi day of competition is Thursday 28th June with a morning weigh in.

Weight divisions are Men 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 90, 110kg, Absolute and Women 50, 55, 60, 65, 75kg,
Absolute.

It will cost around £300. This will include uniform, transport, licence and hotel with food (each competitior must have a valid passport)

The top grapplers in Europe will be there. FILA run one of the biggest and best organised events in Europe and the world.
