That's mainly down to fear of loosing in front of him.

Being a white belt who has been in and out of BJJ for a while. i have been lucky enough to be in classes with a lot of really good bjj practitioners.

Marcos is really patient with excellent technique and it’s always a pleasure to be in one of his classes. I have been to a few classes at the Grip with Gaz or Paul and classes have been knowledgeable, and showed real attention to detail.

I didn't have a good experience when i went the Gracie Barra Scotland and don't feel i learned much to be fair it was one class so not a balanced assessment. Also Ross Corrigan at Cross Fit is a cracking No Gi instructor i have been to a few of his classes and look forward to going back.

Were i have learned the most and again this maybe off point is rolling with some really good blue purple and brown belts who have smashed me all over the matt but taken the time to help as well guys like, Brian Gallagher, Allan Love, Dan Soule, Steven Mains, John Clarke.

William Watson has to be up there, I've trained down south and overseas and the speed William gets guys good is unreal. His coaching is very well thought out and structured, he puts in a lot of hard work of the mat as well as on.

I prefer some of the coaching from spectators at shows like do him'and don't let him dae that. But for me I've been with gb Glasgow from the beginning I love the gym and my game has came on leaps and bounds this last couple of years. Just last month I won a gold beginners medal. There's a joke in here somewhere

theres a small ginger guy that takes classes up the grip from time to time and he's pretty amazing. much better than the roided up irish guy or the big posh beardy cunt.

Gotta mention cougar on here, he was an awesome coach, really detailed and gave an anecdote about how he used each technique at some point in a streetfight. Produces guys who you can tell were coached by him, just by watching them grapple and gets guys good at a retarded pace.
