Default Next Snakepit Catch wrestling seminar.

Great seminar at weekend. Loads of stuff covered as usual!

The next seminar at The Snakepit will be held on Saturday 4th June at 1.30pm. Check out the website if you are interested. There will not be a seminar in July due to Roy Wood coaching at the Olympics.

We are also holding an international week commencing on 5th November 2012. This is a week of Catch as catch can wrestling with over 5 hours of training available every day. It will end with a Catch competition on the Saturday. We have already confirmed attendees from many countries. Further details are on the website.

    Hi there

There is no Catch classes at the Snakepit itself, but depending on where you live we have affiliate clubs teaching Catch. They are South Wales and Stockport. I will post the details if you are interested.

Hi, not sure if you saw the competition last year in November after our international week but we had some great catch wrestling at the tournament. we have also got the team training hard already and look forward to more great tournaments. We are keen to develop our wrestlers and coaches and it would be great to see more Catch clubs teaching authentic catch to grow our sport. we our working hard ot try and develop a core group of people who are investing a lot of time to perfect the techniques and preserve history accurately. There's no one would love a team of "Beastly catch wrestlers" more than us as we continue to grow and develop :-)
