Just under 4 weeks until Spartan Grapple Challenge 8.

Tatami Fight Wear are donating either a rash guard or a pair of grappling shorts to the winners of all advanced divisions, women's division and the absolute.

We have had a large number of entries so far, this will be another great day of grappling.

Weigh in 9.30am. £15 entry. Just turn up or enter online at www.spartanfight.co.uk

Each competitor will get a minimum of 2 bouts plus a chance to enter the absolute division.

There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each catagory.

The experience divisions will be under and over 1 year.

Under 68, 73, 78, 84, 93, -100, +100kg and Absolute.

If there are any FEMALE grapplers interested in competing, please contact me through the website. We had 5 females enter last time and they put on a great display.
