As far as I know, the wrestling at Tokei is actually Greco Roman and not Freestyle, despite what it says on the timetable. Unless things have changed since I last enquired, the wrestling coach there is Boris Sabatinov, the same wrestling coach who also teaches at http://www.ko-mma.co.uk/coaches.html along with James Duncalf who is a very good freestyle wrestling coach by all accounts.

If it's just Freestyle you're after then http://www.londonshootfighters.com/ is probably your best bet in London.

However, given the choice, I'd opt for the KO gym as they do both Freestyle and Greco which is extremely rare to find under the same roof in the UK.

Thanks for this, i must say the last time i tried tokei it was greco which i didnt like so had wondered if this had changed. The rest were really expensive or have an odd atmosphere though ive never been to shootfighters
