Nice read, especially for L plates like me. Interesting stuff for sure. I am looking forward to applying the white belt principles to my unformed abilities.

Total highs and lows at the moment as it feels the more I learn, the less I feel able (if that makes any sense).

Had to step away for a couple of weeks due to illness and feelnig overwhelmed.

Back tonight and going to stick to learing how to defend!
