    Job Opportunity

James Murray 61 years in boxing offers young men of 18 years and over tuition and training to become novice professional boxers.
(Assisted by Andy Peden - Ex Professional Light - Heavyweight)

All tuition and trainiing at Alex Morrison's Gymnasium Dalmarnock.

If they are paying you to train boxing, then that sounds like a dream job, that is maybe a bit to good to be true.

I doubt it is like that though.

Yeah I thought that sounded far to good to be true.

Still kind of tempting though in order to get some training, as I've barely trained since getting made redundant last year.

I don't like the idea of been thrown in with a Pro Boxer, and only being allowed to Box. If he's a better Boxer than me then I am fucked, and there's not much I can do about it.

In MMA if he's a better Boxer so fuck, I can do everything else to try and win.

My first MMA interclub fight I tried to Box a guy, who turned out had been Boxing for years. It was clear right away that he was a much better Boxer, and I did everything else but Boxing.

I tried phoning the number on the poster a few times, but I got a message saying he had turned his phone off. The top number is not recognised.

    So I've resorted to texting:

    Me:

    Hi,
I seen your ad for Boxing Job Opportunity in Newlands Cafe.

Can you tell me exactly what this involves?

    Thanks

    Poster Guy:

    Fancy joining up.

    Me:

I am interested but I am also signing on and looking for a job.

I don't know if they would conflict or not.

    Poster Guy has not replied.
