I am a Masters student at the University of Chester studying Sociology of Sport and Exercise. I have an interest in Mixed Martial Arts, and have carried out research in this area for my undergraduate degree. For my dissertation project I will be examining female MMA participation, with a specific view to analysing why females participate in this sport. In order to effectively complete this study I will carry out a telephone interview with those female MMA participants who agree to take part. If you are a female MMA participant or know a female MMA participant who would be willing to be interviewed please let me know.
