Hi guys,
I did judo as a kid, then progressed on to rugby and then powerlifting..
I've been wanting to get back into some form of martial arts, but i'm a bit limited as to what's available locally and affordably (I'm a student).
I do have a very good and affordable judo club locally, think they train 2/3 times a week.
I also have a place where I can train BJJ, again twice a week with a double session (gi and no gi).
Is is sensible to train both from the start?
Initially I would be looking at 2x judo and 2x bjj (gi/no-gi) a week.
