Most exciting fight on the card because they are both Brits. I have no idea who will win but can't wait to see it.

Bah, nimmybro, you understand why people would rather see international opponents for these two. No doubt you would feel the same if ufc ever bothered going to Scotland and put on an all-Scotch fight between two of your best prospects

A fight between two bottles of whiskey? That wouldnt be all that entertaining.
If you mean an all Scottish fight then shock horror shows like On Top and Vision have done that all the time so no big deal
Scotlands No. 1 Timekeeper also available as a BJJ/No Gi referee

to be honest with you i would be greatful for 1 scottish ufc fighter as opposed to two, your giving me a nosebleed here jimmy

In all fairness, for the size of the country vs the ufc talent roster the english guys are doing really well, its enevitable that in a single weightclass where there are maybe 3-4 fighters from the same country around the same level its always going to happen. The fans win here, awesome fight

Haha I got it wrong on purpose, loving the immediate response! Sorry

sure there are top level, all-English, or all-Scottish fights on domestic shows, so when a massive international show comes to town, it seems an opportunity missed. Still, will be an amazing fight.

Fair enough I suppose, but it's not likely Joe is struggling to find non-britishmen on his roster.

Anyway, they promised a ufc in Scotland ages ago didn't they? Or did they just say they hoped to put on a show there one day?

Think it would only be polite to go there.

Think they said they'd like to have one at this new "Hydro" stadium being built at the SECC in Glasgow once it's finished.
