His problem is finding worthwhile fights. He's cleaned out the division and has ruled out moving up to face Jones in the same way that GSP has ruled out moving up to face him.
To sell fights against Bisping and Lombard, Anderson would probably have to fight them on their home patch to get any interest. Other than that, I imagine he will have a fight or two against random top ten people in Brazil to consolidate the UFC's growth there.
