I was at 149 last night. Prelims were great but main card was just awful. The crowd was really good up until the Kongo v Jordan hugest and then they just lost it and started with the boos. I think it was actually made worse by the fact that they stopped serving booze about an hour into the ppv so people were getting wound up.
Not a good event for the UFC in canada...
why did they stop serving??? thats the place money maker right there, only on fight night is people dumb enough to spend 10 bucks on beer
No idea. They usually allow you to buy two beers per person but restricted it to one for the UFC. Then they closed the bars with no warning. Maybe the police had a hand in it as I would have thought the arena would want to keep selling like you say
