Glasgow Open 2012 Provisional Date

Just waiting on the venue confirming but this years Glasgow Open will be on the 6th of October (same day as On Top I know but Rob's shown that grappling comps and MMA shows can be on the same day and be succesful). This will be Gi only this time, we will be running a seperate no-gi event in Glasgow in November.

Event will be gi only, there will be a seperate no-gi event in November. Same format as was run at Edinburgh with the unlimited absolute, one for adults and one for masters & seniors.
Juniors (12-15) and Juvenile (16-17) divisions are back in as we've had people asking about them.
We have 2 Elite Categories which are free to enter. These are for male brown and black belts and for female purple belts and above. We'll run these middle of the day prior to the absolutes so everyone can watch, just like we did at Edinburgh .

Hi Meat, what time is the event is running from and what time can the spectators get in?

Doors will be open at 9am dude, the event has now shifted to the Scotstoun Leisure centre in the west-end of Glasgow, means free parking and slightly better facilities round abput.
