The fights in general were not great but a half decent french guy called Lyon Gaultier stood out, we started calling him Lion heart after he beat a scottish figher who always wore a kilt called Rab McTavish and an american lad called Chad Chadson. last time i seen him fight was against a big dude called Attila. If. Lion heart was around now he would be UFC champion no doubt about it
lol i was reading this thinking "fucking hell, i wonder if he got any videos of them fights" and even googled the lyon bloke.

Weren't the shows called 'Extreme Brawl' before Millennium Brawl? I used to train with the Cambridge Free Fight guys back when Mark Day and Robbie Oliver were fighting on those. And we used to go to KSBOs all the time. #oldschool

It was millennium brawl before extreme brawl, Millennium held in the high wycombe judo club and extreme brawl when it moved to bracknell.

KSBO were already doing shows when I went to uni in 1998 so think they must've started around 96, it was no gloves/shin pads but body shots only, both on mats and in a ring.
