It is sparring but its a pretty tough one lol you wouldn't want sparring like that to be a too regular part of your training, you'd be a wreck

Barrington is old school lol. Probably felt under pressure and embarrassed considering the documentary was about him and not Marc lol.

oh and if you think that sparring is 'rough' then i'd stick with bjj
