reason why the sparring may have been a bit stronger than usual, it was being filmed and going to be shown to air. the drama in that deadliest men programme is rediculous though. hyping mma as a bloodsport as usual.

I actually spent a bit of time with Barrington Patterson whilst I was working the Strikeforce events in Coventry and in that time-honoured tradition he came across as a really nice, funny & unassuming guy
