which team should be ranked higher? The one playing better teams or the one playing lesser teams?

Etim is 6-4 in the UFC

I will use Winner as an example since you said his name, he is 4-5-1 in his last 10 fights, 6 fights in the UFC with 2-4 record.

Do you think Winner should be ranked higher than Etim?
Using football as an example is a bit silly as they use an established points system to rank their teams.

My argument is that ZUFFA fighters shouldn't be included in the UK rankings.

Very rarely do they fight in the UK.

ZUFFA fighters have reached the height of their careers and should only be ranked in the world rankings, if they are good enough. I would also count them into the European rankings.

I would rank Winner above Terry Etim, yes. 2-0 since leaving ZUFFA and both on UK soil against good opposition.

but then you have guys like andy ogle who arnt in the top 5 in his division fighting for the UFC. Im not sure taking out Zuffa fighters is the answer. Agree with your point on the football example tho

Keep the Zuffa guys in as they are rankings based on UK FIGHTERS (+ Ire), regardless of where they fight.

Etim, in my view, is defo above Winner.

These rankings are very good when you look at the grand scheme of things and how hard it is to number crunch everything to produce this month on month.
