Monday - BJJ 6-7 MMA 7-830
Wed - same as monday
Fri - conditioning 5-6
Sat - sparring 11-12
Sun - open mat - 11-1
the gym is in the kick back building at the top of kilblain st. bus stops, use the side entrance.
prices are between £5 and £3.50, sorry ive taken so long to post this!
