2 Hour Judo Session with Olympian and current British Champion Peter Cousin and British Internationals Denny Roberts, Adam Bick and Jonathan Morris......

Saturday 18th August at Redbridge Judo Club, Mitcham Road, Ilford, IG3 8QW , 1000-1200hrs. 1 hour technical judo aiming to help BJJ or Grappling and 1 hour sparring both standing and on ground. Gonna be starting in a Gi and if people want to take Jackets off we can see how the session go's. Great opportunity to roll with guys not from your gym with different games to the guys in your own gym. Obviously there are gyms training on a Saturday but hoping its a great opportunity to change it up for a session. Plenty of parking, showers and large mat area.*

£10 for the session


Only rules are -
Only blue or white gi (don't want to mark mats)
No attitudes !!
