    Default Diet protein

As the title says, I am after a protein I can take whilst trying to lose weight.
I have been on PHD Diet Whey, are there any better brands, does anybody have a good experience or recommendations?

    Thanks in advance

I just use Nutrisport 90+ its only about 90 cals a scoop and im sure most of the diet ones are around the same (some are more!) ive lost 153lbs this year and its the only protein ive used. I was a super fat bastard at the start of the year though haha.

A high-protein diet is often recommended by bodybuilders and nutritionists to help efforts to build muscle and lose fat.

Protein is necessary for all the parts of human body we should take it as mush we can in each day because it's lose our weight.for example on an 1800 calories diet you could safely eat anywhere from 45 grams to 218 grams per day protein.
