Hey guys,
Im looking to start out in MMA. I've had 14 fights Thai and was planning to head to the new DNFT gym in Whitburn this coming Monday. Is the gym up and running just now? Also could anyone give me an idea of a goos place to start out. My thai is a pretty decent level with no ground/ grapping experience apart from the clinch obv.

Any help would be great cheers.
