Getting To Know... James Saville

Known for a dynamic fighting style which has seen all but one of his professional victories come inside the distance, James ‘Scraps’ Saville (10-4) is never in a dull contest.

At just 22, the Yorkshireman has experience beyond his years, having taken on UFC veterans Leigh Remedios (17-9-2) and Dave Lee (9-8), as well as highly regarded Swede, Martin Svensson (10-2).

He will next be confronted by James Brum (9-2), a winner in his last three, at Cage Warriors Fight Night 7.

Saville was queried for this week’s ‘Getting To Know…’ feature.

Yeah defo didnt get to know him at all there really...

Scraps seems to have been around forever and still only 22, watched him fight quite a few times and he is uber talented would love to see him take a serious run at the Pro game and see how far he can get!

That was a wasted interview! You could of got so much out of James!

They asked the questions and that was how he answered. If anyone "wasted" it then it was saville as his answers clearly didn't entertain you. They can only ask the questions which were decent enough to illicit interesting responses.

one line questions usually receive one line answers.

Also, the lad has spent time traveling abroad in NZ. He's fought some top guys and he's crazy to boot. The interview could of been really good.
