Think so Stevie, apparently Gunnar didn't go right down to 170 either after finding out his opponent wasn't going to make the weight.

Not definite, just what I read.

I think the fight is still on. It was announced as a catchweight, but if you notice Johnson asks for a towel and Dana replies with something and he carries on, onto the scales. There was nothing official announced as far as I know so I'm guessing that fights still on. Gunnar as it anyway IMO
