Yes. Its awesome.
I train Jiu Jitsu there under Ze Marcello. It is a very good training atmospher and the there are all levels of players there. Come down and try a lession its free the 1st time or try the other Martial Arts thats are hosted there.

Its very good. Best way to answer your questions is to just go and train test the waters. Its a freindly environment too which helps.
