Hi there i am looking for a kids mma class for my son Teige in Glasgow Eastend area. He is going to be 7 and i would like him to learn how to defend himself and learn about fitness any help at all would be great

I've got a 6 yea old kid, I also coach MMA. I'd suggest taking your kid to judo to get him started in martial arts. Judo Scotland has a fantastic kids programme, and judo produces excellent athletes
