Take the Enty approach: You're already 2kgs under limit. Bingo!

If you don't know how to cut weight then you shouldn't be cutting weight.

Chris G is correct, but if you reallywant to give it a go the blood loss technique is really good.

Depends if you are 'cutting' from 61kg ie you are 61kg before commencing the water cut. That is not recommended at your weight.

If you are 61kg now and could lose a few 2/3kgs through diet. Then it could be possible with water loading and carb depleting the week before (google those to find out in depth explanations on how to do it)

Also with the actual cut, 20/30mins epsom salt bath (with you covered in albolene). Then 10/15mins out, lying down covered in lots of towels. Repeat process as necessary. I would avoid anything like shadow boxing, I can barely stand when I cut weight so I wouldnt want to be moving around too much.

Also, don't shower. Your body can absorb water in a shower. Again google it. I've read cases of wrestlers making weight before weigh in, having a shower and coming in 400/500g over.

I usually lose around 2-3kg per hour with the above process.
