Default Catch Wrestling is the shit!

Ive recently been doing catch as my ground work and love it. not just the training, but looking at the history an that-cant believe its been under me nose the whole time.
What i wanted to ask was, is there any other grappling arts beside BJJ that people train on a regular and what benefits have you seen. And please dont make this into BJJ vs Luta Livre or anything else, its just out of interest.

Been training in VO2,and shane has been doing the grappling there. Some of the subs we've went over are different than what ive done before and obviously a lot more wrestling involved.

is that shane rigby? it would be seriously amazing if catch got popular again in england, imagine how exciting it would be if catch got back to the top and the bjj and catch guys were always competing to see who was better.

Right,so no one wants to comment on any other grappling arts they've tried in the past and how they found them? Sound. Ay,who u guys think is the best coach in the obscure grappling art i used just as my own example?...oh wait....

I have trained quite a bit of Sambo with Silviu Vulc, he is now in London and opening his gym Combat Sambo London. Very different to BJJ it is all about the transitions between throws/takedowns to submissions. Excellent teacher.
