    Default MMA club in Tyne and Wear

    I am a complete novice looking to get into MMA to help with my fitness, and then maybe lead onto getting into the sport properly for competition.

    Any clubs that provides BJJ, Muay Thai or MMA in Tyne and Wear?

    The Faktory, Craig Jose for Muay Thai and Ian Malone for BJJ all under 1 roof, quality cross-fit/strength conditioning coaches aswell.
