Training a lot of places inoo mostly my stand up deing to karate classes a week but nae getting much bjj in cos ave nae a car and back biding with my maw looking at taking my game to a new level next year and stepping in the cage later in the year of course funcy cheaking out amag cos there deing pay as u go Mma classes.hiv deing boxing for ages.

Well if you are serious about doing mma? and not another facebook fighter wannabe who likes the image etc you would be best heading to Spartans Fight Team in Aberdeen, Most active fight team in Aberdeen with the most fighters and only gym with a cage in the area.
So check them out at Aberdeen combat centre if you are really interested!

They also do pay as you go classes.
