    UFC 77 – 325,000 (A. Silva vs. Franklin II)

    UFC 82 – 325,000 (Silva vs. Henderson)

    Lesnar:

    UFC 81 – 650,000 (Lesnar vs. Mir)

    UFC 87 – 625,000 (Lesnar vs. Herring)

    UFC 91 – 1,010,000 (Couture vs. Lesnar)

UFC 100 – 1,720,000 (Lesnar vs. Mir II)
Lesnar didn't headline UFC 81 or UFC 87

Understandably he contriubted to the pull but he was co-main at UFC 81 against Mir, headlined by Tim Sylvia vs. Nog, and third from top at UFC 87 behind Florian vs. Huerta and GSP vs. Fitch.

So Ben, with Silva headlining the following cards....

Silva vs Leben, Silva vs Mardquart, Silva vs Irvin, Silva vs Cote, Silva vs Leites, Wilva vs Maia, Silva vs Sonnen, Silva vs Sonnen II, Silva vs Belfort, Silva vs Okami and Silva vs Bonnar.

Would the total number of buys eclipse that of Lesnars..... Of course it would.

Personally don't agree with UFC 100 counting for Lesnar as the GSP vs Alves and Hendo vs Bisping fights meant more.

Silva Vs Leben, Irvin wasn't PPV events.

So a fighter A is a bigger draw because he drew more in 25 fights than fighter B was able to draw in 10 fights?

I just listed the 1st 4 PPVs each fighter was involved with.

If I listed the 1st 4 PPVs Lesnar where Lesnar was the main event they would all be in the million buy range.

Take away Leben then... Regardless of number of fights it doesn't get away from the fact he hasn't amassed the most in UFC history, end of story. What you're saying is Joe Bloggs could fight Jane Bloggs and receive 2 million buys, then retire and still be a bigger PPV draw than Jim Bloggs who has 5 fights totalling 3 million buys. Your argument is flawed, he got a shit load yes but isn't the biggest in history.

Anyone else wondering why this argument is still going on or what anyone hopes to achieve from it?
