hey,

Did a post in the clubs sction but didnt get any replys so thought i would try here.
Recently moved into the area and im looking to start doing some boxing. Does anyone know any gyms that take on complete beginners? or anyone that does 1 on 1 sessions, give us a pm!

It depends how old you are. Im 27 and live in Bexley and I've given up trying to find a decent adult amateur boxing gym in this area. I've trained at Keddles, Cray Valley and Gumshield and I would reccomend all of them, if you are under 18, because in all cases the 'adult' boxing training is an average age of 14-15 sometimes younger. From what I've heard its pretty much the same at Bodyshots aswell. If you find somewhere better let me know
