Very respectful comment to make on the forum mate, there's nothing wrong with my punch resistAnce. It was affected by the weight loss vs Pastor granted but vs Martin it was fine, I still had a clear head whilst on the floor and continued to work, just rushed to get to my fight and got caught in an armbar. I'm big enough to accept that I lost and admit that the better man won on the night. I'll move on confidently knowing that I can most definitely fight and when I am on my game I'm a terrible match for any of the European bantams.

Seen Dino's fight with David Haggstrom, definately has punch resistance cause he took some big shots in that fight and David hits hard.

it looks like martin packs a decent punch as well. i thought dino got straight back up and didnt looked rocked really. good fight. martins doin pretty well. think he will be moving further up the rankings again.
