Hi everyone i am getting old and want to fight in the cage the problem is i have lost my job how to train with no money? only in garage

also if anyone knows of grappling clubs in the llanelli > kidwelly > carmarthen area then i would love to know as it is a lot easier for me to get to these locastions

you tube tutorials are pretty good just to keep you in touch with the grappling side of things, try getting a mate to help you out, watch a tutorial on whatever submission or defence you want to do and both practice them at home.
not much but every little helps until you can afford to start up again!!!
