Default training the morning of a fight??

Just wondered how many people train the morning before a fight?? My opponent has done this today and broke his hand and now I'm without a fight tonight

I've never heard of anyone doing that personally. It's just stupid imo.

Feel sorry for you Dave. Bit shit that the weeks in the gym won't even pay for themselves.

Isn't that what happened to Ken Shamrock which resulted in him pulling out of the Kimbo fight giving Seth the opportunity of a lifetime?

As I recall the MMA community were up in arms at such a ridiculous idea. Obviously warm up, but any training that close to the fight is just insane.

yea defo crazy training that close to a fight unless it was a semi or ammy fight where maybe skipping abit off weight off. I remember Brian Foster training the night before his cage warriors 44 fight after weigh ins he was going full throttle too and a was thinking wtf. so i guess it happens but that close is gonna be hard to find a replacement.
