    Moving over from boxing to compete in MMA unsure in what form of grappling to take into the cage advice is greatly appreciated! What will give me the best base for competing

    A good wrestler decides if the fight stays standing or goes to the floor. Thats what a boxer should focus on first

    Yes i agree with you there mate and only having boxing im going to be like a fish out of water but what out of the three grappling forms do you rate the most for MMA competition. I am a conmplete newbie to MMA mate so sorry if im repeating myself obviously i wanna have every angle covered as im going to continue strike training but try n learn some mauy thai leg techniques. Thanks for your time
