Yes i agree with you there mate and only having boxing im going to be like a fish out of water but what out of the three grappling forms do you rate the most for MMA competition. I am a conmplete newbie to MMA mate so sorry if im repeating myself obviously i wanna have every angle covered as im going to continue strike training but try n learn some mauy thai leg techniques. Thanks for your time
