Wrestling at BROTHERHOOD MMA!

Big Sim has competed at:

World Championships

European Wrestling Championships

Spent two years competing in the NCAA in the US.

He also spent a number of months training and learning from the very best in Russia.

Sim has wrestled at a high level in freestyle, Greco-Roman and folk - Folk is the style of wrestling used in the NCAA.

Sim is also an active MMA fighter and understands what works within MMA.

If you want to learn from one of the very best in the UK that has competed at the very highest level then come down on a Monday!

We had our first open wrestling class last Thursday!

We had a number of fighters and trainers from all over Cardiff come down and join in.

They all said they took a lot from the class and will be coming back.
