    Default Martial Arts Training Ratio

    roughly how many session do people train in various arts such as follows:

    Thai Boxing/Boxing
    Freestyle Wrestling
    MMA only sessions

    which would you say is the most important? such as mainly wrestling/boxing most of the week and less time concentrated on subs or the other way around ?

    Wouldn't that rather depend on your own strengths and weakneses and what goals you're working towards?
