    Default KO Muay Thai Gym South London

    Do any of you train at KO South London ?

    About to start a new job in Croydon very soon and I'm looking to train local to my workplace and KO seems to be the only choice in and around the area

    I'm a relative beginner,done Muay Thai for about 12 months then had to stop for the last 4 months as I got made redundant and lost my income and car

    Any advice on KO South London would be appreciated

    i used to be at a KO, all very good, up there with the best thai gyms in the country, no doubt. regular interclubs too which are fun, think i fought someone from south london one.
