    Default MMA books

    Scratch that...martial arts books. Which ones have really changed the way you train, or altered your mindset in either a philisophical or motivational sense? I'm hoping there might be a couple of recurring titles. For me, Rooney's Training for Warriors helped out.

    Chael sonnens book is best book ever

    I actually have that but not started it. I'm never sure whether to take him seriously, though I think he's a genius.

    x2. My friend (Features Editor of Men's Fitness) writes a great blog, and while this post he made about the best books for training isn't specifically martial arts-oriented, there's some great stuff in there that's undoubtedly applicable to your training:

    I met joel last year...good guy and knows his stuff. Didnt realise he had a blog. Some good reads pointed out there
