    BAMMA Lightweight champion Rob 'c4' Sinclair is set to do another mma seminar at Aire Valley Martial Arts in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

    Rob will do mma Drills , and show why he is ranked in the top 5 lightweights in Europe.

    Id love to attend will make every effort too as id much rather pay to learn from a uk based fighter and put money in his well earned pocket then a few of the Americans who fly over with the exception of nick diaz or Jens pulver . Thanks for making this possible.
