Making weight on the 9-5 grind
This blog from the forum's own Jimbo Jitsu should be of interest to some that have the task of dropping weight whilst doing the 9-5 grind, and to be honest it's a good read for anybody.
Always honest and not afraid to write about his faults, James will be blogging weekly on his diet in preparation for Caledonian Combat 2. A self proclaimed unatheltic, bad chef, he's still managed to go 2-0 and put himself in a title eliminator.
