Hey guys I'm starting to practise cutting weight using Epsom salts in a hot bath I cut 4lbs 3 weeks ago from just sitting In the bath can anyone help me I need a good routine I know to rehydrate slowly.
I rehydrate by having bottle caps of water untill I roughly consume half a pint then I have small sips of coconut water a 500ml can then i start to eat glucose tablets slowly then drink more water small sips until I'm hydrated
