Sounds good but pretty advanced stuff for a first class. What level of student is this aimed at buddy?

We had a mix of beginner ,intermediate and experienced grapplers . When you break down the 10th Planet system it is not that complicated .The moves yesterday once done stage by stage are not much more complicated than taking the back with a body traingle and looking for a choke.By the end of the class everyone there could pull off a basic Twister .They will need to rep it a few hundred times to get it flowing but everyone managed it .
Next week we will be starting at the Stakeout to Lockdown ,so basics really but there will still be a few Hollywood moves in there .The advanced guys can whip up to Dog Fight then Drowning Whizzar to Swim Move to take the guys back then to the Truck.

How long was the class? no offence but that sound like a couple weeks worth of training. will be intresting to see if your guys compete and if they do if they do well

It was an hour ,quick warm up then onto techniques with some rolling at the end. There was a lot in the first class to give them a flavour of what this system is about .Next week we will be starting with basics but for the advanced guys ,they can try some more technical stuff.

Nice venue and friendly bunch of people. I thought 12+ was a pretty good turnout for a first class and gave a bit of variety when rolling. It probably sounds like a lot was covered but from memory it was 3 techniques with a few variations and everyone seemed to keep up. It just seems 10th Planet has a name for absolutely everything. Hope the club does well.

Congrats!...Heard You Passed Your Test With Eddie Bravo To Become An Instructor With Flying Colours. When Do You Think You Will Have The Official 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Carluke Affiliation Up & Running?

Well Done, Massive Achievement. First In Scotland I Think.
