As of today I am going to run 21 days (maybe 28) of DNP with T3, pyramid from 25, 50 , 75 , 100 mcgm's a day then tale off at the end..

Diet will look like this

630 AM Meal #1: 5 whole eggs (Omega-3), 4 egg-whites (can be liquid egg-whites).

10:00 AM Meal #2: Shake: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar).

12:00 PM Meal #3: Lean protein meal: 8oz Chicken with cup cashew nuts (or almonds, walnuts).

3:00 PM Meal #4: Shake: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar).

6:30 PM Meal #5: Fatty protein meal: 8oz Salmon or Red Meat with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia Nut Oil and Vinegar.

8:30 PMMeal #6: Same as meal #2 and #4, or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra egg-whites.

going to switch my 630 and 830 meals around sometimes

points to note

keep carbs very low, less heat production
Protein in the 250g + range
Keep fats low but have at least 15g of Omega 3s
Some kind of stimulant to get me through the day
Plenty of water on hand and and Electrolytes
100 mgms of Anavar a day

weighed in today at 17.9stone , bF 20 - 25 % , test makes me hold some water so expect to dry that out with 4000 mgms of vit C
